- If you cancel your reservation within 59 minutes of making the reservation.
- If you cancel your reservation more than 8 hours before your reservation is scheduled to start.
Please note: If you do cancel your reservation and you do not meet the above criteria you will be charged at your rate plan for all hours reserved less any hours used by another member. Your statement will indicate if another member picked up part of all of your “released balance.”

- The police MUST be notified if there are any injuries.
- As soon as possible, notify I-GO’s 24-hour Emergency operator at 773-278-4446.
- Please cooperate with the other party and the police. Vehicle registration
and insurance information can be found in a red envelope in the driver’s side
visor and organizer. - Fill out and return the accident report form to I-GO, even if the accident
is not your fault or the police are not notified. - You must complete the “TOTAL” Accident report - including other driver’s info
(name, license plate number, insurance etc.)
IF THERE ARE INJURIES CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Vehicle Damage
Please report damage immediately to I-GO’s 24-hour Emergency operator at 773-278-4446.
Please also use the Vehicle Damage Report Card in the vehicle to report damage.
If you do not report damage, you may be held responsible for the first $750 of
the $1,000 deductible.

it? First of all, our reservation system makes it easy to find available vehicles either by using saved locations, searching by address or by map. If you’re flexible with your date and time, you can view all vehicles in your search and see when a nearby vehicle may be available. We try to “cluster” our vehicles together so if your #1 preferred car is taken, your #2 or #3 choice will be nearby. As well as continually adding new vehicles, we’re also always checking our supply and your demand for certain vehicles and making sure our members’ needs are met. If you ever find you are consistently having a problem finding an available car, tell us in an email.X

Problems Accessing Car
If the doors do not unlock when you hold your I-GO Smartcard over the card reader, try removing the Smartcard for a few seconds and try again. If the light turns yellow and stays that way for 90 seconds when you hold your Smartcard over the card reader, just remove the Smartcard and try again. The second time, the light should turn green and unlock the doors. (This occasionally happens in subterranean garages when the vehcile can’t confirm your reservation because it is having difficulty communicating with the satellite signal.) If nothing happens when you hold your Smartcard over the card reader, check
the doors.
If the doors are unlocked, get in and check for the key. If it is not in the key pad in the glovebox, you will need to insert the black key fob back in the slot, step out of the car and close the doors. At this point you need to hold your Smartcard over the card reader twice. This will clear the previous member’s reservation and set you up as the current driver.
If the door is locked, you will need to call the Emergency operator at 773-278-4446 to have him/her remotely unlock the vehicle. You will then be instructed to find they key, put it back in the key pad in the glovebox, step out of the car, close the doors and hold your Smartcard over the card reader twice.
